All refund requests will be processed within 10 business days of receipt. If approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise specified. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
For scheduled training courses, you may substitute another participant in your place at no additional cost, provided you notify us in writing at least 24 hours before the course start date.
In some cases, instead of a refund, you may request to transfer your payment to a different service we offer. Such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
If a service is canceled or postponed by TechInsight Hub due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, pandemic restrictions, or instructor illness), we will offer you the option to:

If you are unable to attend or use a service due to serious illness, bereavement, or other exceptional circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review such cases individually and may, at our sole discretion, offer solutions outside our standard refund policy.
