Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the dishonmcfj.world website (the "Service") operated by TechInsight Hub ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Use of Services

1.1 Account Registration

Some features of our Service may require you to register for an account. When you register, you must provide accurate and complete information and keep this information updated. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure.

1.2 Eligibility

By using our Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
• You are at least 18 years old;
• You are not prohibited from using the Service under the laws of your jurisdiction.

• To introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other harmful material;
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service, the server on which the Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service;
• To attack the Service via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack;
• Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1 Service Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by TechInsight Hub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

2.2 License to Use

Subject to these Terms, TechInsight Hub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials;
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes;
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution;
• If we provide social media features with certain content, you may take such actions as are enabled by such features.

2.3 User-Generated Content

You retain any and all of your rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service ("User Content") and you are responsible for protecting those rights. By posting User Content on or through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with providing and promoting the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own the content you upload to the Service or otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth in these Terms;
• The posting and use of your User Content on or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person or entity;
• Your User Content does not contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable.

2.4 Trademarks

The TechInsight Hub name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of TechInsight Hub or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of TechInsight Hub. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on this Service are the trademarks of their respective owners.

3. Third-Party Links

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by TechInsight Hub. TechInsight Hub has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

You acknowledge and agree that TechInsight Hub shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.

4. Paid Services

4.1 Fees

Some features of the Service may be available for a fee ("Paid Services"). If you use any Paid Services, you agree to pay the applicable fees as they become due. Fees may be subject to change without prior notice. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in Euros (EUR).

4.2 Payment

We use third-party payment processors to bill you through a payment account linked to your account. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the payment processors in addition to these Terms. We are not responsible for any errors by the payment processors.

4.3 Subscriptions

For any recurring subscription services, you will be charged in advance on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle you select when purchasing the subscription. Subscription fees are not refundable. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. TechInsight Hub and its suppliers, partners, and licensors expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Without limiting the foregoing, TechInsight Hub and its suppliers, partners, and licensors do not warrant that:

• The Service will meet your specific requirements;
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
• The results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable;
• The quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations;
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Any content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Service is accessed at your own risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from such activities.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TechInsight Hub, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service; and
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not allowed, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TechInsight Hub and its licensees, licensors, employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Service;
• Your violation of any term of these Terms;
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right;
• Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party.

This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Service.

8. Term and Termination

8.1 Term

These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Service.

8.2 Termination by You

You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing the use of the Service and closing your account, if applicable.

8.3 Termination by TechInsight Hub

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8.4 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Informal Resolution

If you have any concern or dispute about the Service, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting TechInsight Hub.

10.2 Arbitration

If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days of submission, any resulting legal actions shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the Belgian Centre for Arbitration and Mediation (CEPANI).

10.3 Exceptions

The arbitration requirement does not apply to actions to enforce intellectual property rights, to claims for injunctive relief, or to claims brought in small claims court.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

12. Service Changes and Availability

TechInsight Hub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service or any part thereof with or without notice. You agree that TechInsight Hub will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

13. Electronic Communications

When you use the Service or send emails to TechInsight Hub, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the Service. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TechInsight Hub regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the Service.

15. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without TechInsight Hub's prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and of no effect.

TechInsight Hub may assign or transfer these Terms, at its sole discretion, without restriction. Subject to the foregoing, these Terms will bind and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, and permitted assigns.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
